Private Institutions Told to Complete E-Registration by 5 November

The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has directed all private educational institutions — including schools, colleges, madrasas, and technical institutes — to complete their e-registration and profile updates by 5 November.

The directive was issued on Monday (27 October) through an official circular signed by Tasnim Zebin, Director of NTRCA.

According to the official notice, educational institutions that have not yet registered online must complete new e-registration, while institutions that are already registered are required to update their profiles within the stipulated time.

Institutions failing to complete their e-registration and profile update by the deadline will lose access to the NTRCA’s online recruitment request system (e-requisition) and therefore will not be able to submit teacher demand applications in the future.

The circular further specifies that both District Education Officers (DEOs) and Upazila Secondary Education Officers (USEOs) must also update their individual profiles within the e-registration system.

In addition, every District Education Officer has been instructed to ensure that all USEOs under their jurisdiction receive the necessary guidance and directives to complete the e-registration process for institutions within their respective districts.

To facilitate the process, NTRCA has outlined clear instructions for institutions on its official website. Educational authorities and institutions have been advised to follow the guidelines provided under the “E-Registration Services” section.

The NTRCA reaffirmed that timely completion of this process is essential for maintaining institutional eligibility in future teacher recruitment and certification operations.
